Tape worm REMOVED!

I have been thinking about the sound tube delete for awhile. Then I really thought about it last weekend when I installed the Red Line hood struts. This morning I finally got around to doing it.

Look at this thing! I had no idea how long it was...feel like I have yanked a tapeworm off of the engine...

Yeah I took mine off before I put the Redlines on.....definitely cleans up the look of the engine bay!

I also didn't really notice any loss of sound or anything that "lessened my driving experience"

it's "ugleh" and "lookin." The "th" at the front of "That's" is optional.

Edit: I originally opened this thread expecting to hear some oddly good news about the OP's health. Kinda glad it was just the sound tube instead!

Eh, if you're in Dixieland, you'll catch on soon enough.

Due to this thread, I finally gave in and ordered my sound tube delete kit from CoolTechLLC.

Thank you for continuing my problem with forever spending money on my Mustang.

Very little money (and time) and it will be well spent - it is very satisfying removing the tapeworm/tumor!

Just ordered the Cool Tech delete kit (it will likely arrive before my '14 GT does).

installed the cool tech delete in 3 minutes! well worth it. I did not use the clamp they provided. I chose to reuse the stock clamp.
