Exclamation Steeda Sports Springs: Difference between 8215 & 8216 P/N

I decided to create a specific thread on this since I am not getting a response.

Sam Strano in another thread mentioned that there is 2 versions of Sport Springs and are NOT the same; is that the 555-8215 & 555-8216 part numbers ?

If so, what is the difference and which is the "better" ones ?

Maybe SteedaGus can also comment ?

I ordered a set of Sport Springs of the Steeda.ca site ... the site listed the 8215 part number (vs. 8216 on the Steeda.com site), my bill listed the 8216 part number but I received the 8215 part number

Looks like there's a progressive and a linear one... From what I've read on the forum, Sam Strano seems to prefer the linear spring. Can someone confirm that the part # 555-8215 is linear?

According to this post from Sam (page 5, post #84), it seems that you have the right springs in your hands.

That's exactly what I was looking for

Thanks ! I am surprised they sell them both as the Sport Springs but one is linear and the other progressive ... what's up with that
