stainless works catback installed

Finally got my stainless works retro chambered catback installed over the weekend. The aggravating part was just getting everything lined up. One of the tips still isnt right. Here is a short clip.

Sounds great. My brother in law installed a swerks full system on his vette and he struggled a bit with lining up the tips as well.

I am a big fan of that system. Almost got it, but chickened out & got the SVT/GT500 axle-back instead. If I get to hear it in person, I may have to step up tho.

I had a "retro" chambered exhaust on an old Corvette I used to have and the sound was incredible, with a great "bark" upon start-up.

Very unique sound. Sounds good though bud. And as far as the tips go.....god d@mn. The magna flows as far as I'm concerned were impossible to line up. The bassanis I was able to line up nice though. Good luck.

Someone in another thread used strips of rigid foam insulation to get them real close while the clamps were snug, then checked it and got back under and tightened it. It helps to have 2 people.

I've been debating between the Stainless Works catback system or the Pypes 3" Super System (catbacks). I love the sound of both of them. I checked out your Youtube clip before i came upon this thread. After reading about the installation, i'm glad i have a friend that can do exhaust work and weld it up. Anyways, great exhaust system bro. I know it turns heads.
