Which size header to choose

While searching around for headers I noticed they come in different sizes. The buyer has a choice of 1 3/8 or 1 7/8 if I'm not mistaken. What are the advantages and/or limitations of each. Thanks.

I remember reading Lethal Performance (i think it was) dyno'd both headers, and the 1 7/8's produced much more HP and TQ in the mid-range.

DO you have a video of your ride per chance? I'd like to hear how your exhaust setup sounds like!

The smaller tubes will give a little more low and mid-range torque while sacrificing a little top end power, better for the street.
