So I was updating my tuners firmware and power went out at my house. When the power came on my tuners didn't work anymore. Its stuck on a blue screen. SCT offices are closed for the day. so yea I tried plugging it to my car and pc and still nothing. Just blue screen. Anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix it??? Thanks again for the help

 

Well that's irony for ya right there... software updater's software got corrupted during software update.

 

There is a Key Combo in the SCT updater software to do a hard reset and clear of the programmer.. Play around with different combo's ... I don't recall which one keys they are but it's some combo of control alt delete ..

This will clear everything though ... so don't try it if you haven't returned you car to stock ... which you should always do before firmware update anyway.
