So you are saying his car is dull?

No it doesn't. It makes the brake calipers the focal point of the car. If he painted them all black, then they'd blend in and the wheels would stand out.

Just playing devil's advocate. I don't think they look bad. These calipers are standard Brembo 4-piston calipers and they're used on a lot of cars (and Range Rovers) with different finishes. I prefer the GT500 glossy black w/ white text. I really like the gold ones another member did on his SGM GT.

They turned out looking really nice.

I think the red with a silver Brembo logo would look good on my car.

The calipers are behind the rims, your eyes are natural drawn to the splash of color, and the rim is the identifiable thing that people will notice. Maybe for you, you only notice the caliper, but to an untrained eye, they will notice the rims because the caliper is catching their attention.

The wheels would blend in if the calipers were black. Like I said, it creates depth being red, which makes the wheels stand out because you can easily see the depth. A black caliper wouldn't do this.

Because it highlights braking hardware behind a sexy set of wheels. Small details like under hood bling may compliment or accent a larger part. Now matching color calipers looks really good on a car behind black wheels. More pics to follow. I had three sets colored for my cobra and mustangs.

Already added decals. I had my calipers powder coated. Pics to follow after I mount the winter wheels and clean the calipers.

It gives it a finished looks vs. bare metal. Just finished painting my non Brembos looks a great deal better.

Lol. Yeah I'm not sexually attracted to cars. Here's a pic of my poop though.

Hmmm I think the colored calipers above would look better with a Brembo decal on it, if they were indeed brembos. If not, then stock is best just my 2cemts.

They are brembo's, and I agree. I ordered decals for them, but they haven't come in yet.
