Finally took the old ones off and they sound like a jug of water! Wondering of thats the design, they just cant get the water to spill out completly due to the canister being so big????

I will say this, gents. When I took mine off of my car, they were dry as a bone. The drilling does indeed work to keep them dry.

Personally I would. This was after having my replacements on for only 2 weeks and it didnt rain in the time period of having them on. Everytime I started the car water would come out of the tips, and I finally said fck it Im drilling them

What size bit?! And the new spot for drilling is near the outlet now?? Gonna do this soon although I had barely any water sitting in mine when I shook them.

They won't replace them yet. Wait until the welds actually crack and break through. Then get them replaced and drill drain holes into the new ones.

Roush will not. AM will have to return to Roush and they won't warranty them until they break through.
