I am considering this suspension package. I have been after some kind of adjustable system all along. Adjustable rear ride height especially appeals to me.
2 Single adjustable, custom valved Konis in Ground Control short strut housings
2 SHORT Koni single adjustable rear shocks
1 Pair front Camber Plates
4 Ground Control springs, manufactured by Eibach, to GC specs
2 Ground Control bump stops (made in Germany)
2 Rear Ride Height Adjusters
1 Pair rear upper shock mounts (urethane)
I am currently running the Eibach Pro kit springs and PHB which have lowered my car about an inch. I have noticed alot of comments around LCA's and UCA replacements. what are they and why replace them?
Thanks guys

The reason for LCA and UCA replacement is to reduce wheel hop due to the deflection in the stock pieces, mostly due to the bushings. In addition, once lowered the adjustability from an aftermarket UCA and LCA (assuming you buy the adjustable ones) will help to maintain proper suspension geometry and pinion angle. Btw, I'm no expert. There are many resources to talk to when considering suspension, I'm sure one will chime in.
I'd talk to Jay and/or Dan from Hypermotive when you're ready to purchase, they have great pricing and the best customer service. I only mentioned this because I'm assuming you found the ground control coilover kit on their site.

Next week is a big week…
Dyno Tuesday for a baseline, then off to body shop to have the shelby front painted and installed, the spoiler done, the hood clear coated. Then a couple weeks later put the stripes back on.
August will see some really big mechanical enhancements
depending on bonus check of course!
This is what I am after looks wise, but blue of course.

sadly the CF hood is not good. It came with some cloudiness to it that the body shop could not remove. My research into the cloudiness indicates something went wrong at manufacturing. possible UV inhibitor, bad batch of resin or perhaps delamination.
I'll wait and see what BMC says.

They did say that it's the best fitting CF hood they'd ever seen LOL. It does fit remarkably well. For now, i'll just wait and think about what to do with it. At some point i may put the stock hood back on for a couple of big mustang meets coming up. not sure. No more $$ to put into it for now.

well after a couple days of research, no further word from BMC, and discussions with the paint tech, the body shop and other body shops, i've decided that maintaining clear coated CF is a pain in the **** and not worth it. We are going to paint it to match the car, leaving only the vents in CF. Tomorrow she goes in to become DIB Black Mamba.

ordered the ground control coilover and spring kit from Dan at hypermotive today. excited to finally have some more control over the suspension. the current suspension has been pissing me off more and more.

CF hood painted and striped. Black mamba hood from BMC. The heat extractors were left unpainted. You can see the CF pattern through the DIB under direct sunlight from certain angles, otherwise the paint is a perfect match.
