Nice ride! The grille especially really changes the look.

I'll watch for it in my travels.

i should make a build thread. but I don't need proof that I've prolly already spent north of 8k on the car already, considering the audio build up is going to be approaching 3k.

now the 64 thousand dollar questions…

to paint or not to paint…
Stripes for sure I think, but should i leave the natural CF look or paint it DIB?

Once i get it installed and spend some time with it i will decide.

I wasn't after CF for the hood but BMC gave me a SMOKIN deal due to backorders.

Nice hood. I think you should paint it to match your car. It wouldn't look right otherwise. On other cars, I would say leave it,...it's too nice to cover with paint.

it's gonna take some serious thought. I will run without paint but with stripes first. it will kinda look like this but being a DIB car with a black vertible top, it may not look even as contrasted as this one does…

Now that you show a picture of it,......I say keep it non-painted and do the stripes. That will be NASSTTTYYYYYY!!!

LOL! I hear you. Your car is looking sweet. Lower it slightly?

Oh and paint gets my vote.

Gonna drive with it like this for a bit. then stripe it. Then see how it goes over with me and the crowd. If necessary, remove the stripes and paint it

However, it blends not too badly with the cf splitters, chin, black top and being a dark blue.

It really does look killer. Have you thought about just getting rid of the stripes you've got? Dunno how it'd look but it's another option
