Has anyone switched over to full syn and lost mpg with motorcraft oil?

Intake and tuned and worried about a loss of mpg with an oil change?

Yep asking because with my "tune and intake" i gained two mpg (up to 19 city). changed the oil and just over 2k later my mileage is at 15. So yes i'm asking.

Did you reset your oil life percentage meter?
