Try jack stands lol. And I did not have those long extensions. I think mine were 8" tops. I used my impact as much as I could, which was really only for like 4 bolts.

I took advantage of the Labor Sale and saved 50 bucks on the Steeda. I actually liked my stock shifter but I love the Steeda. I didn't realize this until I was under the car but had I bought an MGW I would not have been able to install it without dropping my one piece driveshaft which is not something I would have attempted lying on my back. $200 well-spent.

Don't have to drop the driveshaft...
