First mod! Sound is exactly was I was after. Thanks to this forum and some searching, it was what I decided on. This should have been the factory exhaust.

In case anyone ever wondered, the GT500 set is a little lighter. I had a scale so I threw them on.

Do you have sound before and after?

 

Sorry, no before/after sound clips. It's been done, but it's really hard to tell via youtube.

 

I got mine from American Muscle. If I'm not mistaken, they have some soundclips of before and after. You can also youtube search, but the sound quality is generally poor for most of the posts; dependent on the microphone in the cellphone. Only a few guys seem to use decent audio/video stuff when they record stuff to upload. As I mentioned in a separate post elsewhere on this site, it's a great upgrade. No resonance on the highway; sufficiently loud enough to hear the exhaust now while you're driving.

 

Go to stangmods.com, I bought mine from them, they have the best video I found. After watching that video I bought the pair instantly. What a remarkable upgrade in sound, I like my $290 purchase. They also shipped it very fast, ordered it Friday Morning had it Monday Morning.

 

Had mine on for a while now and they've gotten louder but not obnoxious. Just had it in a shop for a tech inspection and I was surprised to hear the race car rumblings was coming from my car :-) hope you enjoy them.
