initial impression of lethal performance 93 aggressive tune....

installed the tune as specified. it pinged bad enough for me to lift and baby it back to the house. when i say ping, it was outright knocking badly. afraid i was going to shatter a piston. i only run 93 octane.

so i retuned it pulling 5 degrees of timing globallby and wellah. the car is absolutely awesome. im gonna dyno it and mess with the timimg to get it safe and max power. i may get the pro racer for the car and do some fooling myself.

Weird, but all cars react different that's why the ability to adjust is there.
my friend got a bama race tune and pinged his brains out above 4k rpm (doug fixed it fine), mine was fine and we both have 08 gt's so who knows lol

I have tried nearly EVERY tune currently on the market for the 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 and BlowByRacing (BBR) is ABSOLUTELY the WORST tune on the market! BBR's customer service is non-existent and they habitually tell you one thing and completely do something different.

AM 'Bama tunes are the VERY best tune on the market bar none! I posted my tune issues on AllFordMustang.Com Forum and have attached the link below. I am in NO way associated with AM 'Bama I am just telling you like it is. How does 430+ rwhp and 400+ rwtq sound to you? It is truly an exhilerating and intoxicating experience each and EVERY time I drive my BEAST that has the AM 'Bama 93 octane "Race" tune installed. Long Live the Legend!

I wouldn't. Do some more research, first. I think Mike Wilson and I as well as Jon Lund (Lethal/Evo) have a pretty good grasp on this car. It's your call, though.

http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...archid=1677442 <-- search results for "Bama", read maybe 10 threads?
