Haha I've heard this happening to a few vmp customers. Justin actually helped me over the phone and had a tune sent to me in a few hours. I then sent him data logs and he was able to adjust some things and sent another tune the next day. So far every time I've changed something I've always called him and he adjust the tune within hours. Wish it would have been better for you. He's pretty much a one man show for the most part when it comes to tunes,...at least he was. He may have others now.

 

He has a shop manager, Rick. His work is top notch, I've always been impressed with what he provides.
