I only found a small thread on the heartthrob axle backs, has anyone installed these? How do they sound? Look?

 

I was just researching these. From what I've read, they drone are very loud. Assuming your talking about the straight through one basically a muffler delete.

 

Either the heartthrob muffler delete or the heartthrob flow pack, haven't found much on either system.

 

I have the Heartthrob 3 inch H-Pipe kit installed but they are just the open pipes with no flowpacks. I have the GT500 axlebacks and the only complaint I have was the fitment is not the greatest it could be. They could have about 1/2 to 1 inch cut off the length to make them fit better. Also the joints on the H-Pipe where they connect to the Cats were a pain to get to seal correctly. If you have an exhaust shop install them there shouldn't be a problem. I know this doesn't answer the axleback question but just thought I would throw my general experience in there with the other products they offer.

 

My rule of thumb on products you don't hear much about is that they must have issues; this would be why you don't hear or read about them on the web. If they were good, you'd see a lot about the product.
