My SIL has decided she's quitting her job, selling her mazda, buying a truck and heading to california with her camper... We've all told her she's dumb as nails.

I love it in SC. I commute to NC every day and I hate crossing the line.

 

Why on earth would she do that? Unless she's planning to move to NORTHERN Northern California, which is still very rural, beautiful and pretty much a separate state (as they've been wishing to be for years).

 

I asked her if she had a job lined up out there and she said it's a maybe. I say, "that's a long way to move for 'maybe'" and her response is "It's not about the job, it's about the journey."

I stopped texting her...

Ahhhhh yours is the Atak. I heard that the Atak and the extremes are comparable. I like the corsas more due to its "range". What I mean is, the borlas range from 6-9 in terms of overall volume range. The corsa extremes go from 3-10, if that makes any sense.

 

Argh, I recorded some vids but my exhaust blew out the top end of the microphone pretty much at 3000 RPM... LOL

How'd you record yours 9to5?

I may have to upgrade(sidegrade?) to Corsa's when I put the headers on. I'm hoping I run into somebody with a corsa setup on soon!!

 

Simple iphone. put it on a plastic tub as I started…or had a friend hold it. I gotta take some of me taking off with the iPhone at a standstill.

Sounds great Josh! Brings me back to my borla days. Yes, the Atak sounds very similar in tone. Distinctly borla. I loved it for when I had it. But I tell you what, the corsa tone is different. More "mature" IMO. I can honestly say, having both, I much prefer the corsas. Preference I guess.

The CAI really makes the sound. The camera isn't picking up the deep bass sounds that started coming out of those bad boys.

I'm gonna see how many old ladies I kill when I put my headers on and if too many fall off the sidewalk... I'll definitely be switching to Corsas for range.

 

You know i dont think it sounds bad because I've beenn thinking about Borlas on the mach one day when i have money. But I'm not sure how i think they sound on the 5.0. I think coyote the corsas sound better after hearing burtons and watching your clip. Still sounds good though!
