I think I might be one of the first people to put the boss 302 exhaust on my new 14 5.0 with a custom x pipe since they don't sell it like the 12 and under mustangs. Does anybody know did I defeat the purpose of quad.exhaust by putting the x on? The sound is quiter and the growl went away. Muffler shop says to change ford racing mufflers with louder ones. My final goal is to put a super charger on and I figures the x pipe is going to be better but sound is weak. Basically does the 14 model 302 exhasut need a x pipe?
