Engine swap 3.7 to 5.0

I have a running and driving 2013 3.7L base, with a 6R80 transmission. I also have a complete, running 2014 Coyote and mated manual transmission with a complete body harness. My question revolves around whether or not I'll need to swap the entire wiring harness or will the body harness from the V6 car work with the Coyote and manual trans?
I figured I'd need a different engine harness (I assume it plugs into the body harness) and manual transmission harness (I have the pedal assy, clock spring, and gauge pod as well from the donor Coyote car).
Did the body harnesses between the different engine options differ?
I'm compiling the differences between the two builds before I start the swap process.
Any help will be appreciated.

With A Vin From Your Car & Donor Car a Look At The As-Built May Some Light!

It Will Be a Challenge Regardless as Ford Loves To Change Things. Some Modules Maybe Different and Pin outs on Harnesses!

The Best Way in My Opinion is Having Two Complete Cars & Treating as a Body Swap. I Have Been Down This Road on The Earlier Cars and Found Lots of Stumbling Blocks. I Have Not Advised on Later Cars & Am Far Less Familer With The Small Changes on Them From Year To Year!

Anybody With Some Real World on This Fell Free To Chime in!

This is why I'm glad I have the complete harness.
This was sold as a Coyote swap setup, I'm just lucky it's being swapped into what it was designed for.

Well, the car has been completely apart before ....I guess it's gonna happen again.

Make Sure Local Emission Laws Don't Prohibit The Swap! Here in Cal it Would Be a Nghtmare To Do!

Exhaust Will of Course Be Different if That Was Not Supplied!

Just some Things That Come To Mind!

In Michigan we're fine as long as we can prove it was bought and not stolen.

I ended up buying a complete setup from Cleveland Performance. It's running and on a pallet complete with H-pipe.

A Couple More Things, Driveshaft & Radiator Come To Mind and Fan Pack Maybe Different as Well.

The Vin Will Be Very Helpful on Donor Goodies To Cross Check.

The Ford Parts Giant Catalog is Pretty User Friendly and You Can Check Individual Items To See If The Use Same Part Number For a Component. The Downside is Sometimes as The Vehicle Times Out on a Part They May Drop From Catalog Altogether. But Still The Best Parts Catalog I Have Found. I Like It Better Than The Fordparts.com Database.

I Just Tried To Check a Radiator For Your Application on FPG and it Has Been Dropped. Like I Said If it's Gone. Which is a Bummer For Info!

While a Vin Narrows Things Down Looking Up By Application Will Sometimes Provide a Little Interchangability Info By Reading Notes on Part.

From what I found, radiator (no longer available thru Ford), & cooling fan module are a direct cross. Engine fuel lines, A/C lines, coolant hoses and degas bottle are yet to be determined.
Drive shaft may work, but I think I want to change it anyway.
