Transmission swap

Hey guys I was just wondering if someone could tell me what it will take to change my automatic to a 5 speed manual?

The guy I'm talking too is saying I have to change my wiring harness and a bunch of stuff.

I'm not sure about the wiring harness, but IIRC you do need a PCM from a manual transmission mustang, or you could have the PCM flashed. Also I believe some modifications have to be done to the engine to install a flywheel for the clutch.
Sorry it's been a while since I researched this.
Try google, that's how I found some info and I believe a write up (with pics) IIRC.

I don't think you need the harness, but the pcm does need to be swapped. The connectors in the harness should be there already.
