Diablo intune tuner....problem?

I have a 2013 mustang gt.... Great weather out the other day and so I went out and filled the stang with 94 octane fuel... There was an 1/8 of a tank of 87 octane in there before.
I bought the air raid tuner combo with bama.
I did the download air raid CAI and 91 combo but noticed the CAI only downloaded so I picked the 91 on its own to download... I noticed an improvement with the car immediately... Better response... and 2 gear... Well the gt will light up those tires without question now... but at idle the RPM bounces between 5 to 6 hundred up to 1000. When I drive it the engine is fine though.
Anyone have these issues? I'm thinking it's doing this because there is no tune for the CAI because the 91 tune on its own canceled it out.

Thanks for your help all

Is the Airaid CAI the no tune required version with the insert installed or do you have the insert out requiring the tune?

If it is the tune required version then I would go back to the stock tune and flash the correct tune over again.

Do you know how to datalog?

I would be curious to see Short Term Fuel Trims (both banks), MAF counts, commanded RPM at idle.

That would show how well the MAF transfer function is tuned <1k.

No I don't know how to.
When I first installed the CAI and stared the car it ran the same with poor idle.
Maybe I'll try and put the stock tune back in and select just the CAI tune on its own to narrow this down cause it's annoying

Sometimes when I first download a tune from my InTune to my car, my car has a weird idle like that where the RPM's rise then fall. After I drive it for a while it goes away. Wonder if the car is just relearning?!?
