Deleting rear o2 sensors

Hey guys anybody heard of turning off and deleting your rear o2 sensors being bad for your motor?

No, The rear 02 sensors are just heat sensors that tell the PCM if the cats are working efficiently.

The tune you should have gotten to account for deleting the cats should have deleted the rear O2 sensors anyway. If you are running a stock calibration with no cats, then you will be running very rich as the car is in a "safe" mode to save the engine.

Yah the tune i am running accounted for them not being there.Just checking if anybody had heard of doing this causing damage to the motor.
