So, I have the pypes puberty bomb axle back muffler delete on my coyote. I love how aggressive it is, but I feel like there's some more growl there to be let out. What would I gain/lose by deleting the factory resonators? I know I'm not going to go catless at any point. Will my sound get better or worse by deleting the resonators?

 

Pype Bombs are already almost obnoxiously loud and have a fairly disgusting drone at highway speeds (6th gear 2K rpm)... I know, I have them. Deleting resonators will not make them louder, simply raspier, imo. I wouldn't - simply because I'd be afraid to add any more drone.

 

The drone doesn't bother me anymore. The loud stereo took care of that.

Hmm. More rasp. I might be in for that.
