On a side note, i installed the Panhard bar the wrong way. %?$&?%$%??% Have to remove and reinstall. I just love my new ramps, works like a charm. Sorry for hyjacking.

Powdercoat goes on Dry (the part is negatively charged and the powder gets a positive charge for attraction) you then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Very durable and heat resistant when done..

Unless powder coating tech has evolved in the past few years, you could also read that to say that removing powder coating involves baking at around 900F, so it's very important to get a test piece done first if there is any question about the colour match. Most, if not all powder coat places are quite helpful with samples.
