Cat back exhaust question, res deletes?

Cat back exhaust question, res deletes?
I just put on Borla S axle backs and I was wondering does cat back exhaust include resonator delete? If so could I just get a res delete done on my stock pipes and be similar to a Borla cat back?

I assume the difference is piping size?

Borla catback does not have the resonators on and I believe it's 3 inch piping
