anyways, these cams/heads/intake/exhaust, etc all sort of build off of each other synergistically. One component alone isn't worth much but adding the ported heads all of a sudden make the intake flow a lot more = more power.. same with different cams and higher flowing exhaust, etc. I'm probably preaching to the choir here though
Hahaha no, there is no tuning past 7800. There are no fuel or spark maps past that point. All tuners in the country take the stock tune and tweak it, they aren't writing the code to control the engine.

I bet the BOSS 302 ECU has tuning beyond 7800.

Also, anybody who seriously uses the word "synergistically" in a sentence needs to be tazed.
