Boss wheel color change?

Ok. Before anyone roasts me, I'm still thinking about it. I bought them with the intention of painting them almost immediately but I've sat through many conversations of blasphemy. My car is not a boss. I found the rims for sale locally for a price too low to say no to.

My plan was to paint the center portion, that is black, anthracite. I'd keep the chrome ring on the outer portion of the rim. I'm open to other ideas. Someone on tips forum had them repainted all silver like my Brembo wheels. I liked that as well but I can't find the picture anywhere to jog my memory. I'm open to ideas and color ideas for my boss wheels. I know most will say keep them black, including my son. Thank you for the input.

Personally, I like the way they look on your car, as is. Black and red always go well together.

Here's the silver. I would do them a charcoal gray. I think it would look great!

I agree it looks good. I'm just not sure it couldn't look better.

Thank you for finding this!! Your search foo is so much stronger than mine. I love the silver but a charcoal grey would be amazing too. I love how the silver lets you see the details of the wheel. In black, it all just blends.

Actually, I say find the color code for the TP wheels, or even the SGM of the Laguna Seca wheels, and do that. Then it's like they could've come that way from Ford!

If someone has the skills and the time, I'd love the help in deciding what to do.

I am leaning towards the hyper silver. I think the track pack wheels are the same color. Lol, so you both seem to have the idea I'm stuck on at the moment. I'll listen for other ideas too. I love how the forums come up with ideas you might never consider.

I like anthracite with the polished lip

That's what I'd do

The track pack wheels are way too light. I'd go a bit darker. The anthracite Bullitts on the SN95s were a much nicer shade.
