BOSS 302 H with side pipes on reg 5.0?

Anyone thought about putting this on their "regular" 5.0. The Boss guys seem to love the sound with the side pipes i cant imagine it wouldnt sound that different with the standard engine.

there's a thread of people waiting for the kit in the "OEM parts" section of this forum. Check it out and speak up in there to help keep it moving.

I'd love to!!! Just not sure if I could ever afford it. Can't afford to do anything til the car's paid off. I'm going to have to track down that post.

This would be a really nice thing to adopt from the Boss. They seem to sound great and the ability to switch volume levels would be really nice.

This is probably a pretty heavy setup, no?

can't be too heavy for metal piping, good news is its on the lowest part of the car.

Just picked up my Boss 302 last night and it sounds great. I would think the GT 5.0 would sound just the same as the only major difference is the intake manifold. There is a guy on the forum that is making replacement restrictor plates with different size openings for the side exhaust. Look under the Boss302 section and you will find the thread.

Just waiting for it to become available.
