What do you mean? My two choices were the boss or the full borla... Last night, after listening to those YouTube clips literally over 20 times EACH, I decided to go with the full borla setup.
My reasoning was because I LOVE my borla sound, so I was worried that if I put the boss setup, it might clash with the existing borla sound and change the overall sound.
Again, it doesn't matter I think... I couldn't go wrong either way.

I think it goes for everybody, but when I had my local performance shop guy put on my catback, left it in the morning came back for it around lunch time, and the first time you hear it, you will have the biggest grin on your face from ear to ear .

Marilyn is still hibernating...... I might have to activate her insurance so I can get her to my shop, then have them do the install and the tire rotation as well. If only the salt and grime from the roads are gone

Burton, I just had the rest of my Borla "catback" installed and Hoooooooollllyyyyyyyy Shhheeeeeeetttt. I never thought I'd fall in love with the car all over again. I have the stypes with borla overaxles and a bassani X pipe. I just prefered their design a lot more. I honestly think it sounds different too.
The only way I can describe it is that its almost like the car has long tubes. Thats the type of tone it has. The car growls now. I mean the sound changed completely. I'm gonna try to get a video, i made one but it sounds nothing like the car in person from in the car.

Well I guess it would be the the gt500 exhaust setup.
I saw on a previous thread a while back, someone on a 13' put quads on his gt. And I've looked and haven't seen any for a 12'. Anyone do this on their 12' yet.

I'm interested in exhaust upgrade as well, the stock is way too quite for a muscle car
Now, came to conclude though everything must balance out. As I understand it, the Exhaust is not just for sound but is more room to breath (exhale), then don't we need to give more room to inhale? Hmm so then we must upgrade the Intake as well...?
Another thing is the dyno(?) tune, supposedly will adjust how much gas will be used or how much air flow will be...its basically reprogramming I heard? So if we're to make changes on a brand new factory car, we need to tune it to run it properly? what happens to the warranty btw?
I'm getting headaches... lol

But if your mods have nothing to do with the issue then the warranty will stay"
You better believe they'd try to pin it on you, so I wouldn't take anyone's word for it.
