I decided to go out for a joy-ride this morning and put the GoPro Hero HD on the car. It takes a LONG time to render HD video, but the quality is outstanding. What do you think?

 

Wow, that really sounds awesome!

 

Hero HD quality is leaps and bounds above the original GP Hero.

 

I was definitely pleased with with the quality. It's not the most user-friendly device out there. Once you've got the hang of it, it isn't bad. I really wish there was a preview function so you could see if you're off-center.

 

Whoa - really, really cool video shots! Exhaust sounds a bit annoying though - not my taste.

 

I want a go pro so bad! I'm impressed with how long the 6spd auto holds the gears and shifts.

 

Hey any other videos of your set up? Maybe one not mounted on the car, stand still rev, drive by, etc.?

I would've been at that same price after tax since I'm local to you. I also helped out a buddy who had a gift certificate to AM he wasn't going to use. Nice video work. With the OR/X the sound goes toward what I think is what some would call on the raspy side, so if you like it that way cool, it sounds very good.
