Body and drive line questions!!!

Well guys a have a 2 part question! (Which are completely unrelated)
Anyways I've gotten everything I need to put 3.73 gears in my car, which has 3.55 right now, people have recently pointed out that going up to 3.73 isn't worth the time and effort, since it will not make that big of a difference. My question is should I go through with the swap, or should I just sell the 3.73s and get a set of 4.10 or just leave them stock. Eventually (1-2 years from now) I want to go forced induction if that matters.

2nd question if I put a California special spoiler on my base GT will it fit the original holes (I'm guess the little lip spoiler has holes for minting) or will I need yo fill anything in? Drilling more holes is ok with me!!

waste of money going from 55s to 73. Anything steeper is a waste of rubber on street tires. You sure as **** don't want more than 55s on an FI car you plan to drive on the road.

Can't help ya on the spoiler...I know the GT500 one has different mounting, though

I'd install the FI first and see if you still want the 3.73's. For all you know, you might want taller gears ( lower numerically ) than the 3.55's you currently have in the car.

No idea on the spoiler question - I ordered my car without one!

Keep the 3.55's. Going to 3.73's is waste as previously mentioned. As far as the spoiler is concerned the stock spoiler and GT500 utilize 4 holes while the C/S uses 8 holes. So you would have 4 more to drill.

Ok so 3.73s going up forsale then!!!
As far as the spoiler goes the extra 4 holes I have no problem drilling!! The 4 I have already will I be able to use all I them or is the spacing different in the California edition spoiler?

You will reuse your 4 holes and drill 4 more.

You could go with the GT500 as it's a direct bolt in.

I've thought about this for a while, and with going with the quad exhaust setup on the back, and a GT500 spoiler, I think I will look too much like a GT500 wanna be, plus I kinda want one that sits off the trunk, so we have it down to: The Steeda, and the California Special.
The steeda, I would have to fill 2 holes up, and drill to more, so if I don't have to get the trunk lid painted with the California special, so I'm leaning toward California special right now.
