Bedding new Track pads

I know I have to bed them in but once they come off after the first track day do they need to be bedded in again prior to the next track day?

I'm ok with swapping out the front pads for each track day since the Brembo's make it easy. As for the rear they take a bit more time and effort. Is there a decent rear pad that can handle both track and street? I can deal with more dust just not so much on the noise for DD.
