I'm running the 3" magnaflow o/r x-pipe with flowmaster hushpowers. I like the way it sounds and I'm constantly getting compliments on it. I had a bassani x-pipe on a 2001 mustang and it sounded good too. Magnaflow was the best option available for my 2011 though.

Thanks for the info. The bassani and magnaflow are the only two x's i've seen that don't look like two pieces of exhaust tubing welded together. Additionally, the bassani kind of looks like a cross between a h and x.

Thats what I say too. I don't really like they way those seem to be assembled. Just doesn't look right but hey if it works .... I'm sure the magnaflow is the same just with that X piece over it. I'm interested in one as well but I think I want to retain the stock cats... Not too sure yet tho

I have the magnaflow tru x-pipe.Was told by JDM the guys who tuned my car that it was a better choice then the frpp xpipe. They also said should pick up an additional 10HP.The magnaflow took the rasp out of the roush axlebacks.Have not had a chance to have the car on the dyno again to verify, but they did a good job on the tune.

If you are going full 3 inch from the X back there is nothing wrong with the Pypes. It is all stainless, well made and at $125 it is much cheaper than the others. I have it on my car, but I still have the 2.75 inch pipes. Therefore, I had to have it welded. You could clamp it. This is an after-cat X, though. I was not sure if you were looking for an offroad, or after-cat X.
