2013 shelby launch control on GT

I was wondering if you can put the 2013 shelby gt500 launch control system on the mustang gt to make it launch faster

All my times have been faster without using launch control. I just feel like I'm in a rush to get it set up when I'm at the line

As for the original question- is this all software based? I assume the shelby launch control is managed through the abs system, no?

If that's the case, is there any hope of "unlocking" this functionality in the stock ECU?
