2011 Suspension: Anybody working on tubular K-members or A-frames??

Has anybody caught wind of any of the suspension companies, like BMR, working on lightweight tubular replacements for some of those big suspension?

I don't see any real chatter about these types of things yet... and to be honest, I'm a bit hazy on their benefits besides weight reduction.

I started thinking about this due to the clunking I have in my front lower control arms after lowering... might consider a full upgrade if it is worth it.

Any and all comments/experiences invited!

Clunking noise? Did you re-use your stock strut mounts? The oem 2011 GT upper strut mounts have been known to make popping and clunky noises on lowered vehicles.

I have 2011 GT500 strut mounts because I swapped shocks/struts to D-Specs. Interesting thought, though. I hadn't seen much about the GT mounts making noise.

are you sure? their website has options for 2011 k-members in all their different styles. for example, this is the one id recommend for people using superchargers and want to upgrade from the stock k-member....
