Need some brains here !!
K, I have a 2010 Kona Blue GT Premium w/trac pac, 5-speed, I lowered it with an eibach prokit, used Tokico HP struts & shocks, new GT500 strut mounts, as well as BMR boxed lca's, non-adj uca, w/ relocation brackets, BMR single adj panhard bar w/ new panhard brace, I put Boss 338 20" wheels w/255-35-20,285-30-20 tires on them, now when i had it aligned all was well except for the dreaded swaybar endlink bump, new adj on the way for that, but problem is this, I drove the car roughly 250-325 miles with no abnormal sounds other than links, and now I have a whine which appears to come from rearend at highway speeds when warmed up, I need some input to what you guys may think it could be, pinion angle? Pinion bearing? Carrier bearings? I am totally lost, and Ford will not touch it. Thanks

If you didn't put in a one-piece driveshaft it shouldn't be the pinion angle, as the two-piece allows a fair amount of leeway, but you might want to get an angle measurer and check for sure, as whining from the rear is often the diff.
