Gauge pod search

I have searched high and low but have not found any pillar, or center dash gauge pods for my '10 GT. Only one that seems readily available, is the Roush Airconditioner vent gauge pod, which I think looks a little to "rice" for my tase and quite cheesy. Anyone know of or heard anything as far as any companies like Autometer or CDC working on anything new??

I think the 05-09 dash pod will work on 10-11 cars. The top of the dash is very similarly shaped.

That would make things easier, except the dash is different in the '10 when compared to the 05-09

I know it's different, I just said it was similarly shaped.

I'm sure it could be made to work.

I have yet to see one made specifically for the 10-11.

Anything can be made to fit. The question is, how much work and/or redneck engineering are you willing to do here?

I've seen the Roush ones in person, they look 100% factory. If you're going for a single gauge, I'd go with that.

Lots of aftermarket parts are like that, even parts that are supposed to be made for the car sometimes need to made to fit.

I have a triple gauge set on the dash of my '04 that I made for it because nobody makes a triple dash pod for it.

It is similar to this one, http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/Unive...wivel-Pod.aspx

And there is this one that could work: http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/Unive...ome-Lip-1.aspx

I didn't like either one of those for my car which is why I made my own.

Saleen makes a dual-gauge pod that sits right in that little nook in the center of the dash. Also, the Speed of Sound A-pillar pods should work on the 10+. Lastly, you could grab an extra A-pillar and have whatever gauges you want added on with fiberglassed pods...

And like I said, look up Speed of Sound...the 05-09 kit should easily adapt to the 10+ A-pillars.

Okay, just talked to the owner of Speed of sound, The A pillars he has for the same price as the 05-09... As far as the Center dash mounted gauge pod, he has told me that it is in the works...

Its just weird that development for parts for these new pony's arent coming out as fast as they did for the 05 and up... Man when I got my '05 there were so many things to choose from...

Yeah I checked out the Saleen one and its like 200 bucks, just for a gauge pod... I talked to the owner of SOS and he said that the oval pillar pods are available, but no center pods are available as of yet, which is what Im really looking for. I guess I will just have to wait haha

I have both the SOS pillar post gauges and the Saleen center pods.
They are both great products.

The 2010 Saleen pod is different than the 05-09. Im not sure its even for sale yet
but expect it to be around $250 if so:

You can call Saleen at (800) 888-8945 to ask them
