Here is a few quick pics of my "dark stainless" wheels from SVE. I'm with you. Black looked too black for me too on SGM.

I have always liked the look of the GT500 Dark Argent wheels with the SGM.

Also very happy with my Roush Hyperblacks. See pic in my album here

Love the dark stainless, perfect balance of reflection IMO! What size are the rears?

"Balance of reflection" that's a good way to put it. Rears and fronts are same size: 19x9.5 with 275/40-19s

I honestly don't know.
I want something with more spokes I think, or something with a different design altogether.
Might look into some Forgeline, but I think the price will kill that idea

Edit:
Just looked up some Forgeline pricing, over $1k a wheel, that's too rich for me.
Some Forgestars, maybe, but I don't really see anything in their lineup that blows me over.
Might just put the 18" SVT rims back on and get some dedicated 18" wheels/tires for autocross, which certainly don't have to look cool, just need to be light and strong.

Did you guys still have your Alcoas? My buddy who has a 2008 GT500 might be interested if you didn't sell them!

As for your car...what size would you go? 19s or 20s? I think the MRR GT350 replica wheels would look really good in a brushed titanium finish - they're 10 spoke too. Only weigh like 23lb for 19x10s. You could do a square setup or do 19x10 and 19x11...

Yeah we still have the Alcoas, she's using them on the Shelby.
We put 305/35/20 555R's on the back and loving them.
She really never wanted to sell them, was only considering it because we didn't think the 305's would fit without rubbing.
And they don't, lol.
But the rubbing isn't that bad. Hoping to raise the back of the car a bit eventually, to lessen it.

As for me, yeah I've seen those wheels, and I think I'd want to keep using the 275/35/20 / 305/35/20 sizes I'm currently using, so I'd probably still look into 20's ... 20x10 & 20x11 next though.

Edit:

Her car a couple days ago.
Can tell the rear needs to come up a bit.

Yeah I hate when the s197s squat like that. Looks like a stock s550. I hear you on the Alcoas then. I thought I remember you guys considering selling them.

Those 350 wheels are sold in 20x10 and 11 too. Another option is the project6GR GT350R replicas - those are available in 20x10 and 11, and only a couple pounds heavier than the regular 350 wheels. I almost bought a set for daily use - still might. They were going to give me a partial sponsorship, as I kinda know the guy that started that company. I wanted a custom brushed finish though, which would've been a lot more than their normal base finishes of matte black, matte gray or gloss black. The cool thing about those wheels is stock s550 center caps fit them, so the can kinda look OEM.
