Sterling Grey Wheel Help
All you SG owners out there, I need your help. I have been shopping wheels for my ride for 6 months now, and am not even close to deciding. I originally planned to have black wheels to compliment my current look, but the more pics I see, the more I think the black wheels on the SG looks "too black". I need for you to post up your pics and opinions here, preferrably side angle shots.
Currently, I am considering SVE Drifts, Charcoal AMR's, Godspeeds, Magnum 500's, FR500's, and Foose RS's. I think the Foose RS is the most unique (and expensive), and would look great. However, this is similar to a newer Camaro wheel. The Magnum 500 are the classic look I love, but can't sem to find them anywhere now, and no pics of them on a SG either. I am starting to lean towards something other than straight black now.
I will most likely decide based on your input here. Your help is much appreciated!!

Here's a grey Mustang (Photoshop of a Grabber Blue car) with the black Boss 338s
And a black Mustang with the anthracite 338s
Can't help with another website though, sorry.

Funny, the first wheels I tried to get were the GT/CS ones, then I started leaning towards aftermarket. Those are still my favorite factory wheels on the '11, I just want more beef out back.

I only wish I went with the V6 performance package just for the wheels. I know all the additional options on the V6 PP are great but totally agree with you about the PP wheels being my favorite factory wheel. Its a shame ford stopped using them for the 2013 MY.

anthracite version used on the GT/CS cars would look like on my SG car.
I've even thought of contacting someone on the forum that owns a black
GT/CS and asking if they want to trade wheels.
I'm kind of watching Ebay and Craigslist and would grab a set of the
GT/CS if I find them at the right price.
I do like the idea od anthrcite Boss wheels mentioned here also

TWIN TURBO - Those anthracite 338s are EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I was trying to find something that looked like the gray 5-spoke mags that we ran back in the sixties. (I'm a Babyboomer - 63 years old) I like the wheels that came on my SG because they don't "fight" with the color, but the ones you posted would be PERFECT for that car. Of course, I'll probably have to buy some wider tires to go with them, so I guess I should wait until next year since my tires only have 950 miles on them so far.

Wow, I wouldn't have thought a similar color wheel and paint color would work. Man, the FRPP SVT's really pull it off. They are definitely on the upper end of my price range, unfortunately. I'll see if I can find a good price on a package somewhere. Thanks for the input everyone! Keep posting!

I would definitely recommend a Gloss Black wheel for your SG. Best car/wheel color combination for SG. Its the two tone effect and looks amazing Trust me. Own Gloss black Brembo wheels and AMR charcoal wheels - guess which one gets the most compliments?? Not even close...

Wow. You ain't joking. That is super sharp! Got any side shots or rear quarter shots? I like what I am seeing there. Might be on to something here...looks like a winner. Any recommendations on wheel/tire size, and where did you purchase yours?
Thanks, this deployed paratrooper salutes you
