Calling all SGM Mustangs!
I so much wanted Brick Red in my black convertible. Yours looks fantastic with SGM.

Have loved those wheels since you first posted them (and a set of 4 is only $659 on-line). I see you have the Track Pack- so I'm assuming they clear the front Brembos without any issue?
And personally I think they're too small. The 13-14 need 19s or 20s.
Thanks Varilux, and yeah, like Patrick said, they're GT500 wheels (from the 2010 convertible), so they clear the brakes perfectly, since the 2007-2012 GT500's use the same Brembo front brakes
Great- I figured they must be fine, but the site notes they will not work with 2013 Shelbys (guess they changed to something that was bigger than the Brembos?), so I wanted to make sure. When you order the Track Pack, it narrows your wheel choices down to one (the explanation being they are the only ones that will clear the calipers).
As for 18" vs. 19", personally I would rather have a smaller wheel and taller tire. To each their own, but I don't go for the low profile tire look everyone in the world seems to be digging right now. Wheels are supposed to have some rubber around them! I'm thinking Continental ExtremeContact DWS 255/55R18...

As far as that 255-55-1 8 tire size, you may want to reconsider something with less sidewall.
That's a 29" tall tire.
The Track Pack cars come with 27"-tall tires.
I don't think a 29" tall tire will fit in the front, under the strut's spring perch
Yeah, a 55 might be a bit much... I ran it through a profile calculator and noticed it was 2" taller. Still, I definitely want more sidewall than the 255/40R19s provide.
What tire are you running? Looks about perfect!

The 285's were the stock REAR tires off my girlfriend's Shelby, 27" tall tires.
If you wanted 18's, a good combo would be the GT500 sizes, 255/45/18 front, 285/40/18 rear. Both 27" tall
They keep saying that. They've been saying that for 3 months.
