I don't understand the reason behind paining your heat exchanger black. Is it for looks? If it's for the look I understand. Since heat exchanges work based on convection painting it reduces efficiency. Being an engineer this got me thinking...

 

Thanks and yeah, it was for looks ... didn't want the silver thing sticking out in the middle of the dark front-end

 

Gotchya. Looks way better dark than silver. I agree!

 

American Muscle is the only authorized retailers at this time. They are taking pre-orders for the RTR panel as of yesterday. They did go up on the price though, just a heads up.

 

$240 versus $200 right?

 

At least it looks like they're coming back!

 

Mine is on order. Alex said they should be shipping within the next couple weeks.

I hate you... Pretty weather, a really shiney Stang... Mine doesn't look that shiney Then again, weather here is worse, and she's a daily driver

 

 

Weather has been beautiful here the past week. My Mustang is a daily driver as well. Just a matter of how much time you spend on upkeep. I wash my car at least twice a week to keep the shine going. Then I do a full detail about once a month.

 

When I look outside: first fall-storm of the year... Beautiful weather at the moment? Not so much
