Opinions on aftemarket wheels for Red Candy
Just took delivery of my 2012 GT Premium in Red Candy and Saddle leather.
I would like a set of wheels to personalize my car, and want the look to be somewhat modern and sophisticated as opposed to retro.
I absolute will not consider any black wheels period. I hate how the design of any black wheel is completely lost due to there not being any contrast. I also hate big wheels and will not go any larger than 18".
I had GT4's on my 06 and liked them, but my 06 was themed very retro with aftermarket add ons. This time around I want something clean and classy.
Thoughts?

Having seen a LOT of different wheels, both here and other sites, I've just about decided that the SVT wheels are the only ones I like as much as the 18" polished aluminum that came on my V6 premium w/Pony package. The standard GT premium 18" look better to me than most of the aftermarket offerings... which is good, because I won't be wanting to buy any.

I agree, I like the factory 5 spoke wheels on my GT. If they were chrome I think I would be completely satisfied.

If you want to turn heads, go chrome. Im always getting complemented on mine. Im told they really look good when the car is in motion, though I can't see them.
Also, a big plus is there very easy to clean.
( that's my car on Fast Frankie's post )
Good luck on whatever you choose.
