13 Mustang GT w/appearance pack decals
Hi Guys,
I wanted to find some sort of subtle way of striping my car without looking too "boy racer", so I discovered a '14 GT with these Ford decals applied as part of the optional appearance package at the Silicon Valley New Car show a few weeks ago. The hardest part was actually tracking down the right decals and color with the correct part number. These are genuine Ford decals so they are made for the '13/'14 Mustang and have a similar look as the GT/CS decals for 2013 also. They were easy to install. Ford sells them in silver and black.

Looks good. I like how the stickers fade out towards the end.

Thanks mate. I was in Australia for 8 years and could not wait to get one as soon as I returned. These cars are so expensive there, about $125k since they have to be converted to right hand drive.
So, here is she. Her name is "Candy Red".

Very very nice. I was on the fence about those stripes when I ordered my car. The dealer had one on the lot at the time and I chose to decline them…what a mistake! Was that $400 for a complete kit and that is the part# for them? They were a $395 option when I was ordering.

Wow, $395 installed from the factory, now that's a great deal. They do take some time to apply, keeping them lined up, etc. They do not require any cutting, and are a perfect fit, shaped correctly for the car at the doors, fenders, etc.
The appearance pack that I saw on the new '14 GT at the international car show in San Jose also featured the rear window louvers along with these decals from the factory.

They did have one with the appearance pack and it had those nice wheels you have but the mirror caps and spoiler were painted black which I didn't care for but it didn't include the stripes…those of course were extra. The over the top stripe for the hood, roof and trunk were $495 and the side and hood like your's were $395. Were they a real pain to install with lubricant and all that?

They do take a 2-3 hours or so. Yes, you'll need the decal solution and a squeegee but it's included in the kit (not the solution). Here's the GT in white from the car show where I first got the idea from. It looks the business in white too.

Can you believe it, $125k for a GT? The GT500's are closer to $175K!
Here's a company that does a low volume of them along with the right hand drive conversions: http://www.mustangmotorsport.com.au/home.php
I must admit that the conversions look like a factory job though.
