No there not stock. You can get them from American Muscle. Here is the link :http://www.americanmuscle.com/black-50-mats-1112.html I got them in my Stang also.

i have a 2012 gt with just at 700 mi. And man arent they just the best,,Last stang i had was an 09 and it was great, but the new body style and 5.0 are fantastic. im 42 ive had some decnt cars lol and one i like the best was my 302 maverick in high school. My new gt just changed that..What great performance, i cant wait till i get some exhaust and a bbr tune.
