Hi from Long Island New York
New member here from Long Island - New York. Bought a 2012 Kona Blue V6 Premium in September this year.
I love this car and the I can't believe how powerful this V6 is. This is my first Mustang but I have always wanted one.
I really only have two minor complaints,
one, I wish the steering wheel would telescope as all new cars do - can't seem to find a 100% comfortable driving position
two, the auto transmission is tuned for fuel economy so it upshifts waaay to soon - is there a programming device out there that lets me change to a "sport" mode (and back) at the touch of a button? (yes, I chose automatic...the kind of driving I do in the new york traffic necessitates it)

Welcome! The kona and tan setup is a sweet combo.
There is a possibility of a tune- it will change the shift points for you, or hold the gear longer (not to mention more HP). However you can only program it before you drive. (so it will stay that way until you reprogram it.)
I'd look at American Muscle or Brenspeed - 2 of the better and more reputable tuners out there and check out some reviews. But there are several others as well.
