Since sterling gray is out for 2012 I'm falling back to Kona Blue with brick red int. Would like to see pics if possible.

I was planning on buying a Kona Blue Mustang with Brick Red interior. However, in Canada it is not available even though pretty much any other combination that is available in the US can be ordered here as well.

I picked up a Kona with red interior a few weeks ago. It's got the 3.55's and the Brembo package.

 

I think that is sooo sexy! back when i got my 06 gt vert blk/red. I asked the dealer if they could find me this combo and they said it would never happen.each color makes the other color pop.

 

This is making me think really hard about changing over to red. I'd still go with the black steering wheel though.

 

Not sure you can get a black steering wheel with a red interior unless you replaced it after the fact.

 

That's what I would do, probably the GT500 wheel.

 

Doesn't look bad at all. I think it'd look great with white stripes and red pin stripes.

I actually had my 2012 GT in kona with brick red, brembo package and many other options already on order...but now they just informed me it will only be here in october instead of may. I thought about getting a car in another color that would be more easily available, but now I think I just will wait some time and get what I really want.

After 5 months I still love the combo. I like it because no one else has it around town. So if you live in Memphis you can't order the car that way! Just kidding.

People comment on the car all the time. I think it's one of those combos that you either hate or love. No in-between.

 

haha...no worries, I live in europe (switzerland) so I'm sure this is far enough not to ever meet at the same stoplight
but of course I have been to memphis since I'm a huge elvis fan

I agree with you that this is a combo that polarizes. but this doesn't have to mean it's a bad thing. and by the way, it represents all the colors of the american flag!
latest news is now that I will get my car in late may...so fingers crossed!
