2011 GT500 SVTPP Kona w/Red stripes
When the salesman told me what he had inside, I first thought "yuck". As soon as I laid eyes on it, I started thinking second mortgage. It truly has to be seen in person to be appreciated. I imagine in the sunlight it looks amazing. It was difficult to photograph with the bright sunlight coming in from behind.
The Kona looks amazing, but I have to say........see if there is a way to take the red stripes off. They really don't compliment that amazing color or car for that matter!
If you like the stripes, then just ignore my opinion!
Btw, GT500's rock!!!!!!!!!

I also thought "bleh" when reading the thread title...
I retract my thoughts ad issue a firm "F*** Yeah!" That is a hot combo!

The colors in general aren't my thing and the skinny stripes are imo a blow it. That said, i would drive that f'er with pride everyday of my life. Amazing car and someone will be very happy with it, and that's what it's all about!
I love it!
With one exception. Why did Ford decide to put 20's on the back and not fill the wheel with at least a bigger rotor? It just looks silly back there. I'd have to spend $55k for the car and then go get a decent sized caliper/rotor for the back and then have to get a front set to match the back set.
They should have used something like the Baer Eradispeed kit for teh rear and used a simple hardware fix to retain the stock caliper and used a bigger 14" rotor.
It just looks a little obvious to me. Not as bad as the people around here running 22's on their stock Chrylser 300 calipers, but kind of similar.
