Passing of a true Legend!!
Benny Parsons passed away from lung cancer today, a very classy guy. I met him and had my picture taken with him and he always had time for fans!!! Godspeed BP!!! I for one will miss you this season and forever!!!

I'm really saddened to hear that. He was a great guy and a real down to earth person. A big loss for NASCAR and the fans.

Here is a shot of Benny and Me at Phoenix International Raceway.. October 98'. Truley a sad day for me and many, many others I'm sure!!!

Great shot. Did you realize you got 2 legends in one shot (walking by in the backround)?
