Benny Parsons passed away from lung cancer today, a very classy guy. I met him and had my picture taken with him and he always had time for fans!!! Godspeed BP!!! I for one will miss you this season and forever!!!

 

He didn't consider himself a star...I disagree.

 

I'm really saddened to hear that. He was a great guy and a real down to earth person. A big loss for NASCAR and the fans.

 

I know he didn't BUT I SURELY DID!!!! i CONSIDER HIM ONE OF THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Very sad indeed. R.I.P. Benny!
