The "Car of Tomorrow" or whatever those ****** the France's call it-sucks. Give me the old days where a T-Bird looked like a T-bird and a Monte Carlo looked like a Monte Carlo!! Substitute contemporaries if you wish.

NASCAR is on the slow fade.....

Sooo...I guess I say I don't like.

And when many drivers died in crashes because cars weren't safe enough.

I don't like CoT either, but safety comes first.

WOW . . . just wow . . . just take the car model type stickers off the COTs and run a big manufacturer badge sticker on the front of the cars.

NASCAR has always been the safest of all high speed competitive motorsport. If you look back over the last 20 years, I do not think you will see a large difference in fatalities or major injury, I have not researched this myself, but have relied on my (somewhat shaky) memory.

I guess I just long for the days when you could tell the cars apart shapewise. And I do not like the France's. But you probably figured that out.

I completely agree safety comes first, but the CoT design's flaw is not safety, it's the Clone factor. NACAR has not been "stock" for some years, but it is essentialy IROC now. Worse, since IROC cars were never that ugly.

At least the IROC cars always looked like the cars that they were pretending to be.
