Hi everybody just some fyi for the four corners area we are in the midst of starting construction on a dragstrip so if you can visit WWW.fcdra.org and so some interest and appreciation on our forum area that would be great this is 15 years of red tape here and there in the making we have land and just about to have the permits needed to start moving dirt thank you we greatly appreciate it

 

Best of luck with construction! Be sure all contracts have been executed, keep track of costs/budget, use the schedule as a management tool, be responsive to RFIs, manage and monitor the pay application & change order processes, and most of all have fun and keep us posted!
