The last Saleen!

Previously Saleen numbers 1-10 as Saleen only cars and customers cars start at 11.

Since 2012 is the last year of the Saleen Mustangs Saleen decided to give out the sacred numbers.

Our customer ordered what is beleive based on what the Saleen rep said the last Saleen ever and guess what number they gave him...

Thats right #01 of the last year of the Saleen Mustang.

I took lots of pictures of this extremely rare stang. Just wanted to share the pictures and story with you guys something incredibly special.

On top of this car being a rarity it was ordered by a customer that is going to be shipping the car to Poland.

That's really upsetting. Saleen's styling was always the best. Roush doesn't come close to saleens kits. I hope they eventually come back soon.

**** I wish we could get an aftermarket gauge face like that for our GT's. I HATE the font we have now.

A speedo has nothing to do with how fast a car will go.

Saleen just makes one version for all their models and it happens to be a 200mph one.

It is not blown but the speedo sure looks sweet, and in all honesty a blown one wouldn't hit 200mph either with the areodynamics of the stang.

I think you mean naturally aspirated. But its all based on what a customer ordered and their final order just happened to be a base S302 with an auto. LOL.

It makes the car all the more rare. Like you guys are saying when you order a saleen you want a supercharger and a stick, not that many people are going to have a NA auto and being the last year of Saleen its value would only increase in time. Plus maybe he just wants something he can put in drive and just cruise in

Actually, I think it's fine. This car will probably never get driven anyways. Why waste a manual and supercharged engine on it?

Just wanted to inform the consumers who are not familiar with Steeda that we will be picking up where other manufacturers have left off. We are close to the final stages of offering serialized Mustangs to Ford dealers as part of our new serialized Mustang Program.

Not taking away from the Saleen thread but just wanted to let consumers know that serialized Mustangs are still going to be very much on the market.

http://www.steeda.com/blog/2011/08/s...hicle-program/

This officially serialized program will initially offer the following vehicles via a network of specially selected Ford Dealers:
•Steeda Q650 StreetFighter (supercharged 5.0L)
•Steeda Q450 SuperSport (naturally aspirated 5.0L)
•Steeda Q350 Sport(3.7L V6)
•Raceskinz Edition (available in all powertrain configurations)

In addition to the above vehicle lines, we will also be producing a series of other special edition vehicles with unique appeal – to be followed by other vehicle lines in the future that will provide the fully comprehensive product line-up so many enthusiasts have asked for.
